Alpenglow Biosciences will be attending AACR to share recent advances in AI-powered 3D tissue imaging and digital pathology.

Using our end-to-end platform, we generate high-resolution volumetric datasets from intact tissue, enabling spatial profiling and quantitative tissue analysis at scale. This approach reveals complex cellular interactions, tissue architecture, and microenvironment features that are often missed with conventional 2D histology.

At AACR, we will discuss recent applications in oncology, including how 3D imaging can support biomarker discovery, improve translational decision-making, and provide deeper insights into tumor organization and immune context.
