Alpenglow Biosciences at SITC 2025

We’re excited to be part of the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC) Annual Meeting, showcasing how 3D spatial biology is transforming tumor analysis and AI-driven discovery.

This year, our team will present Poster #1117:

“Exploring Ovarian Cancer Subtypes with AlpenInsight 3D: A Scalable Workflow for 3D Tissue Classification Using Texture-Based Features and Light-Sheet Microscopy.”

The poster highlights how whole-tissue 3D imaging and texture-based AI analysis can classify ovarian cancer subtypes with unprecedented accuracy. By integrating Alpenglow’s light-sheet microscopy with AlpenInsight 3D, we demonstrate a scalable pipeline that captures microstructural features across entire biopsies, providing richer, spatially resolved insights beyond traditional 2D histology.

Through this work, we continue to advance the use of AI-powered 3D pathology for immuno-oncology research, enabling scientists to visualize and quantify complex tissue architecture at the cellular level.
