EACR 2026 - Imaging Cancer in 3D

  • Hungexpo 10 Albertirsai út Budapest, 1101 Hungary (map)

Alpenglow Biosciences will be at EACR for 1:1 discussions about how 3D tissue imaging and AI-powered analysis can deepen understanding of cancer biology.

Cancer is spatially complex. Tumor architecture, immune organization, vascular structure, stromal remodeling, and cellular neighborhoods can vary across the full tissue context. Conventional section-based approaches can miss patterns that emerge across depth, volume, and intact architecture.

Alpenglow’s 3D imaging and analysis platform helps researchers move beyond partial views by generating volumetric data from intact tissue samples. These datasets can support more complete visualization and quantification of cancer tissue architecture, enabling richer insight into tumor biology, biomarker development, and digital pathology workflows.

At EACR, our team will be available for 1:1 meetings with researchers interested in applying 3D tissue imaging, spatial profiling, and AI-powered analysis to cancer research.
